Adult Club Tournament 2023

The Club Tournament is always a great week and we invite all members to play a part. Head Coach Edd organises the tournament and will schedule your matches. We will play during the day at weekends. Please make yourselves as available as possible 6pm onwards Monday to Friday.

£5 per event payable before you go on for your first match. The events that we will be running are:

Mens Singles
Ladies Singles
Mens Doubles Drawn (enter individually and be paired with a partner out of the hat)
Ladies Doubles Drawn (enter individually and be paired with a partner out of the hat)
Mixed Doubles Drawn (enter individually and be paired with a partner out of the hat)
45+ Mens Singles
55+ Mens Singles
45+ Mens Doubles

We are really pleased that we are able to run a club tournament this year after having to cancel last years. It is a great week and we invite all members to play a part. Head Coach Edd organises the tournament and will schedule your matches in the evenings during the week so please make yourselves as available as possible after 6pm Monday to Friday and daytime/evening for weekend matches.

FREE FUN 2 hour taster session for girls age 12-16 years.

'Currently 57% of girls aged 13-16 are not meeting the guidelines, with a 52.9% citing a lack of confidence and 57.2% saying self-consciousness is a barrier to them getting active.'

We have so many girls at our club and they love it and make such great friends. To share what we can offer teenage girls we are holding a FREE 2 hour FUN session, we promise you will feel so comfortable and love what we have to offer. New players only so every girl is in the same boat.

On Friday 29th October we are holding a Halloween tennis social for all ages, it will be a team event with lots of fun games. We will then follow with a presentation for the junior tournament that we held and also awards for players and helpers we feel deserve recognition for their hard work this year.
